Fixed a problem caused by 1.69. My apologies for anyone who used 1.69 but you'll need to download 1.70 and re-publish the rapidblog page(s). Beyond fixing the problem I also now only apply the 'work around' if you have PHP 5.2.6 which should help remove any other potential problems.
Added a work around for a PHP bug in PHP 5.2.6 version (See the details of the PHP bug click here). This bug caused formatting in HTML posts to be lost because of the stripping of < and > characters

Reverted back to the old way of exporting. With RapidWeaver 4.2 I had to make changes to be compatible. RapidWeaver 4.2.1 went back to the 'old' way so I reversed the RapidBlog changes as they caused some people problems.
Removed some warnings that occurred on some servers.
New Date Format added: dd-mm-YYYY
Archive months will now behave a bit better if you don't post frequently

Hi All,

If you are using RapidWeaver 4.2 & Rapidblog you might see some problems uploading pictures. I've put up a release that *should* fix it here

New Feature: You can now optionally turn on a two column mode for output. It works well for the the most part although the 'tree' view sometimes comes out unbalanced. I've tested it on a number of configurations but if you see a problem please let support know.

Fixed a problem where hidden pages would still sometimes emit
- Cleaned up the UI a bit
- Removed the yahoo 'urllist.txt' feature -- Yahoo now uses sitemap.xml
- Removed the 'setup' button, you now get to the options like every other plugin (shift-cmd-i)
- (experimental) Enabled garbage collection. Plugin should now behave nicely with the few of you who are playing with GC builds of RapidWeaver.

Provides a work around to the current @gdoc problem. Google is having a problem with how they serve up documents in some cases. Since it's still not fixed I decided to push out a work around. You'll need to re-publish any gdoc pages to have this take effect. There is a (small) chance this fix won't work for some non-english users, if you still set it let me know.
