After 10 years of business it’s with mixed emotions I announce Loghound is no longer in business. The details behind why are complex (and private) but at some level they are really very simple. I’m no longer able to give this business and it’s customers the attention they deserve.

If you purchased software after Dec 20, 2015 I’ve begun the process of issuing refunds, you don’t need to do anything it’ll happen automatically — The way my payment system works I’m not able to issue refunds for any purchase before that date.

The webstore is no longer taking new orders and I’m still trying to work through a long term strategy for winding other parts of the business down. More details to come on that.
